The Mama of all ovens
Standing at over 7 feet high, measuring over 20 feet in circumference, and weighing in at over a tonne, the centrepiece of our restaurant is undoubtedly our wood-fired oven. And as wood-fired monsters like ours were the predecessor of all modern variations, it really is the mother of all ovens. If we baked non-stop through all our opening hours, it could cook over a million of our 12” pizzas a year! Which is surely enough to keep anyone happy.
From your seat downstairs, or through the window as you pass, you’ll be able to see our oven in action, tended to by our own dedicated pizza chef. And even if you can’t see it, you should be able to find it easily enough. Just follow the scent of wood-baked pizza…
